Day 16 - Sat 24th Sept - Calhoun to Franklin

Chattahoochee National Forest

We start our day leaving Calhoun as we are out to visit 3 different states. We get to burn of some 60 miles before grabbing coffee and donuts before we join Route 60 through the Chattahoocee Forest and pull into Two Wheels of Suches. We then take on Wolf Pen Gap Road. From there we lead onto Brasstown Bald and hope the weather is clear as it is the highest point in Georgia.

We are going to head east across Georgia into South Carolina where we start to ride one of my favourite roads ever, Moonshiner 28. The next 50 miles of road will eventually lead us into North Carolina, and considering we started in Tennessee that is 4 states in one day. As we arrive in Franklin for the night
